The J.B. Petit High School for Girls has remained dedicated in its mission: to encourage students to continually strive for excellence by providing an educational experience that is challenging yet supportive, broad but well-informed, contemporary yet rooted in Indian culture.
The J.B. Petit High School is set firmly in an ethos that is governed by the desire to move 'Ever Forward'. Creating an environment entrenched in a spirit of freedom that fosters dynamic learning; it challenges students to think independently, critically & creatively; striving to produce learners who are beset by a passionate curiosity to know and learn more.

J.B. has always enriched our education by supplementing it with several cultural as well as extra-curricular activities, which allow us to broaden our horizons and flourish as individuals in the tumultuous world today.
Ever since its commencement, JBMUN has striven towards establishing the importance of critical thinking, diplomacy and collaboration. 7 years ago, we hosted our first ever-external MUN conference that was attended by over 300 delegates from different parts of the city. It witnessed a high level of debate, discussion, engrossing paperwork and a deep insight into global issues, as well as teeming enthusiasm We have been expanding, growing and transforming ever since, striving to accomplish more every year, and this year we aim at raising the bar even higher

Over the course of the three invigorating days of the conference, students set about on the thrilling journey of self-exploration through research, discussions, debates and understanding of global matters. As a result, kindling skills such as confidence, public speaking and leadership.
Through MUN, students deliberate over pressing issues that threaten the amity of our rapidly deteriorating world today, and brainstorm possible solutions. They get a perfect dais to think innovatively, broaden their perspectives, voice their opinions and make tough decisions, ultimately taking responsibility for actions that could potentially change global dynamics.

At JBMUN we aim to instil values of co-operation and team spirit, inspiring students to become compassionate and responsible individuals, who will be a transformative force in the global community.
Engineered, organised and managed by students, J.B. MUN is a platform for students to attempt solving world crises and issues to help create a brighter future.
